This has been a ice cream stable since as long as I can remember! This is by far the best ice cream in the area and I may be so bold as to say in the state! Its small and family owned but there flavors and quality is second to none. I travel a lot for work and fun and every time I come up here to visit family or friends I make it a point to come here. Best Ice Cream Ever!

So great after a day on the beach! While I've had better ice cream, they had soooo many choices, the outdoor seating was amazing, and the atmosphere totally makes up for it. There's a $10 credit card minimum and a small fee for using a cc, fyi. Plenty of parking, though, and my pup also had the best time.

This place is located at a nice farm and the drive to this place was really nice. The ice cream is good and the farm atmosphere adds to it. We did have the double chocolate and the strawberry stampede both were good and quantity was also good. They do have two cats that walk around and will play with you if you are a cat person.

One of the best ice cream places in CT ! Lovely place to hang out. Cute little setting in the farm. Great place for toddlers to safely run around. I like the new additions. The picnic tables, the slides and other props are awesome. We go almost every weekend. Try all the flavors ! Personally, I wish they’d offer some more soft serve flavors. Zero complaints…friendly and attentive staff.

My fiance and good friend went out to Collins for the first time. We had a great experience. The ice cream was very tasty. My fiance ate the ice cream very fast and wanted another one right away! She also enjoyed playing on the train. The lighting was very dim and very quiet. Maybe, some new lighting and music would help.

The best ice cream I've ever had. Been going here for over 20 years. Collins opening is one of the signs of Springs and their closing at the end of their season means the holidays are close to starting.
